Theophilus’s Answer
Hey Olivia! I’m so glad you’re interested in starting a business. 7th grade is an amazing time to get started! When I was your age, I wanted to create something of my own, too, and by 16, I founded Theophilus Gallery. Here’s what I learned from my journey that might help you.
First, look around for a problem you want to solve. Every great business idea starts with noticing something that could be better. Think about your school, your friends, or even things you use daily. Is there something you wish was easier, faster, or more fun? Solving a problem not only helps people but can also turn into a successful business.
But it’s not just about finding any problem. It’s about finding one that you care about. Ask yourself, “What am I truly passionate about?” For me, it was about helping people feel confident and good about themselves. That passion kept me motivated, even when things got tough. Make sure whatever you choose is something you enjoy because that passion will help you keep going.
And lastly, remember, you don’t have to do it alone. Surround yourself with people who support you and who can help. Friends, family, teachers, or even people online who are in the same field. They’ll encourage you and keep you on track. I had a lot of support, and it made all the difference.
So, go for it! Be curious, find something that makes you excited, and start building from there. You’re already on an incredible path just by asking these questions. Good luck!

Congratulations Olivia your question indicates you are on the right path for success. All businesses either provide a service or a product This will take some work and planning on your behalf. at your age, Olivia, Most likely you should look at providing a service. Look around you and see what needs to be done in your home first then in your neighborhood. Things like pet sitting, Dog walking, Basic yardwork, Cleaning such as helping someone remove junk from their garage or storage area, Look too older of your neighborhood and ask what you can do for them. Of course, this will start small, but the more you provide a service for people, the more doors open up to other things. Along the Journey, you may come across products that may be needed or useful. Olivia, I wish I was seven again and starting where you are the world is full of opportunities more than I had when I was young Good luck to you

2. Have some types of business, in your mind.
3. List them, through a scale of preferences. That means, the one you have MORE INTEREST, comes first.
4. The ABILITY to do the business.
5. The required capital/finance for the business.
6. The location of the business.
Best regards.

Hey Anthony, this is good general advice. Olivia mentioned that they are in the 7th grade. Do you have any suggestions for types of business ideas that someone of this age could participate in? Please consider that they likely have little capital right now
