WHAT ARE OTHER CAREERS WITHIN THE MEDICAL FIELD?
There is all types of Nursing, Medical Assisting, Kinesiology(sports med), and as well as All types of First Responders.

There are so many options and the goal is to find the best fit for you by exploring opportunities through volunteering, student clubs, and talking with school advisors and professionals in the field. As a pharmacist, I encourage you to learn more about opportunities in the pharmacy profession as a pharmacy technician or a pharmacist. Pharmacists focus on optimizing medication use for patients in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including community pharmacies, hospitals, long term care settings and more. They can also work in government agencies, the pharmaceutical industry, public health agencies, academic setting and many others! Some pharmacists even specialize in areas like pediatrics, oncology, critical care, cardiology, and the list goes on. You might even consider volunteering at the hospital, which would provide you with first-hand exposure to the work of doctors, nurses, and physical therapists. You can learn from them directly about why they chose their respective careers.
Just recently, I had the pleasure of meeting a physical therapist who focuses on hand surgery rehabilitation. It was a revelation to me, but it makes perfect sense given that each part of our body serves a unique function and purpose.
Beyond direct patient care, there's a wealth of opportunities in the realm of medical and health technology. The modern healthcare landscape relies heavily on a range of advanced equipment and technologies, such as imaging technology or medical records technology.

There are a wide-range of fields in healthcare. You could become a CNA( Certified Nursing Assistant); a LPN( Licensed Practical Nurse); RN( Registered Nurse); a Medical Billing and Coding professional; Cardiologist; an Orthopedic surgeon; a Dermatologist; an EMT(Emergency Medical Technician) ; an Anesthesiologist, to name a few.
