Josh’s Answer

CNAs enjoy a very stable career. The baby boomer generation is aging and as a result we have more and more people in and out of healthcare facilities. However, being a CNA is a very challenging/demanding job in some places. It depends on the facility or unit you work in. It can be a great step to nursing school as well if you are ever interested in going that route!

Molly’s Answer

There are thousands of CNA openings and in my opinion there will always be a need in many different types of facilities. Hospitals, Clinics, in Home care, and virtually. As our population continues to age, there is a need for CNA's. A wonderful profession to take care of people.
