I think what helps me is setting short term goals! I'm a person who likes to travel a lot so typically what it looks like for me is planning a trip a few months in advance with the people closest to me. This really helps me get through the days until I get to that point where I then plan something else! Of course that's just what works for me, your goals can be anything really. Of course that's not all that it takes to mentally get through work, I think another major thing is feeling fulfilled in your job. You've gotta ask yourself if you're happy with your job and position and if not how you can change that, even if that means finding a new job. Perhaps that could be your goal like I was talking about earlier! Overall though, the answer to this question is going to be different for everyone so I recommend trying out all the advice you're given until you find something that works for you!
