Hello you have to have completed senior high school and completed a bachelor of science degree to meet the prerequisite requirements for most universities that offer medicine...most require Bsc with majors in Biology, chemistry and physics.
Some universities also offer an internal examination for the eligibility in addition to the Bsc degree.
You need to have those requirements and them do a formal application to the colleges and wait for the feedback from the university
