What skills or personal qualities do you think are most important for success in this role ?

I personally have done a multitude of things over the years that have given me a well rounded knowledge of a number of things that all relate and have impact on what i do know. What caused me to transition from one to the other wasnew technology and saturated markets. However meeting people and associations have help me build quite a portfolio so although my market is once again saturated my celebrity and general portfolio still allows me to rise above alot of my competition as well as the fact of having 21 years experience.
