What do you find most challenging and most rewarding about your job? ?

In my role, one of the most challenging aspects is staying up-to-date with new information, as technology and trends constantly evolve. There's always something new to learn, which can be overwhelming at times. However, the most rewarding part is being able to help people solve problems, provide guidance, and see them gain clarity or confidence in their decisions. Being able to assist others and make a positive impact is fulfilling. It’s the sense of connection and knowing I’ve helped someone move forward in their journey that makes it all worth it.
