Can you provide suggestions on military academies without a mandatory service requirement or scholarship?

Notes
- My only citizenship is a US Citizenship.
- Schools Abroad are acceptable and encouraged, provided their primary language is English.
- The only way I would accept a service academy with a mandatory commission would be if it were in the UK.
-I would prefer (if there are any) if the school had an easy and less physically demanding physical fitness test or entrance requirement for physicality, fitness, or athleticism before acceptance and admittance, or none at all.

1. Could you provide some ideas (if multiple, rank them #1 to #etc in terms of how disciplined they are, how ceremonial they are in parades, how much they enforce manners, and how academically good they are)?
2. With your suggestions, could you please inform me if they have a physical fitness test or entrance requirement for physicality, fitness, or athleticism before acceptance and admittance?
