Mishl’s Answer
Confidence in cooking and baking developed over time through consistent practice, experimentation, and learning from mistakes. Early on, mastering basic skills like knife handling, measuring, and following recipes laid the foundation within a few months. Over the next year or two, experimenting with new techniques and tweaking recipes helped build creativity and adaptability. True confidence came with mastering fundamentals like balancing flavors, understanding textures, and troubleshooting common issues. Each success, whether perfecting a dish or salvaging a mistake, reinforced my abilities. Even now, confidence continues to grow as I embrace more complex challenges, making it a lifelong journey of improvement. Thanks!

Absolutely! If you share the same passion for cooking as the other two individuals, or if you're genuinely driven to excel in the culinary world, then you'll surely thrive in this industry. Just let your passion guide you. However, if cooking doesn't ignite that spark within you, there's no need to force it. Remember, it's okay to explore other paths.
