Hello,
The best way to build up your self esteem is having positive thoughts about your self and others around you. Another way to build your self esteem is to work out or even try something new pushing yourself to new limits builds it up. I hope you found this useful.
Sincerely,
Charnelle

If you have low self-esteem, maybe do some reflection about why that it. A lot of times we look externally for validation and compare ourselves to others, which is fine to do in some cases, but it is important to remember that we are the only ones who have to live in our bodies and minds, and that being happy with who we are is enough, you do not need to be just like everyone else to be confident, be confident in who you are now, and as you become more comfortable in yourself, you will discover new things about you.

Write down 5 things you can be proud 🥲 f yourself each day. Make it focused on action, not results. Did you study hard for a rest? Help your family with household chores? Be a good listener to a friend? If a negative thought tries to creep in gently dismiss it and refocus on the positive. Revisit the list each week and you will be amazed how much your self esteem grows when you see all the positive things you have done. When you have negative self thoughts ask yourself, would you say that to a friend? Or a lover one?
