What are the best colleges for marine biology?

What are the best colleges for marine biology as one of my friends are looking for a good college also because I want to know peoples opinions as I would like to follow the same career path

If you want to do marine biology and there are no good schools in your state or can't afford to go out of state, you can get a zoology degree or something similar in undergrad and then go to grad school on the coast at a marine bio school. In general, look at schools that are either by the ocean or offer exchange programs or educational trips for people interested in marine biology.
