The simple answer is...you create stuff.
You'd want your content to be relevant, and unique in some way. You can't just do exactly what someone else does. You'd need some unique hook that makes yours "better" in some way.
Every successful content creator I've seen interviewed says it is a full time job (or more). If you want your channel to be your primary source of income, you need to treat it as a job. you can't just post stuff whenever you want to. If you don't post often enough, people will lose interest. A lot of content creators have a staff to help with production, editing, filming, research, etc.
If you want to do it as a hobby, just go to youtube, create an account, and start posting your content.
