I am interested in the world of cinema, and I created a wonderful movie story that I worked on for months. I am creative in making stories and I have a passion for turning this story into a movie. But how can I communicate with international production companies to present the idea to them I am looking for a reliable person to help me?

That's great ! It is an industry that requires a lot of knowledge, so your first step would be to attend college as a film major or attend Film School. Once your education is completed, it will be very clear to you about how to pursue the many aspects of a film career.
I would advise that at this time when you need to discover the industry that you do some volunteer work or obtain paid employment in film to get an understanding as to what it takes. In your country of Lebanon, there are some places that you can obtain this experience. The following are places to research online for information: ABL Films in Cypress and Lebanon, Orjouane Productions works with Labanese and European Directors, Mbrella Films in Lebanon, Haroun Studio and Al-Arz Studio in Lebanon. The Lebanese film commissions serve filmmakers from overseas, however, and you can find more information online and they may be able to tell you where Lebanese filmmakers can connect in countries other than Lebanon which you seem to be interested in.
Most mainstream film companies, studios and production companies do not take unsolicited screenplays. Although this is the case, you can produce your screenplay yourself as an independent filmmaker. This is why it's best to go to film school or college as a film major so you'd know what to do. It's not just a matter of typing up a story, one must have knowledge, skills, network, make contacts and this is best done by taking active steps towards education, volunteer work and being around other filmmakers in your film community. The only way to know if anyone is "reliable" in this industry is to get to know them personally - another reason to attend college or film school. You'd learn all you need to know.
