Hello, Hassan !
Thanks for coming to Career Village to ask career questions ! It sounds as though you are just starting out and would like to learn more about the film industry to prepare yourself for the career. That's great ! It is an industry that requires a lot of knowledge, so your first step would be to attend college as a film major or attend Film School. Once your education is completed, it will be very clear to you about how to pursue the many aspects of a film career.
I would advise that at this time when you need to discover the industry that you do some volunteer work or obtain paid employment in film to get an understanding as to what it takes. In your country of Lebanon, there are some places that you can obtain this experience. The following are places to research online for information: ABL Films in Cypress and Lebanon, Orjouane Productions works with Labanese and European Directors, Mbrella Films in Lebanon, Haroun Studio and Al-Arz Studio in Lebanon. The Lebanese film commissions serve filmmakers from overseas, however, and you can find more information online and they may be able to tell you where Lebanese filmmakers can connect in countries other than Lebanon which you seem to be interested in.
Most mainstream film companies, studios and production companies do not take unsolicited screenplays. Although this is the case, you can produce your screenplay yourself as an independent filmmaker. This is why it's best to go to film school or college as a film major so you'd know what to do. It's not just a matter of typing up a story, one must have knowledge, skills, network, make contacts and this is best done by taking active steps towards education, volunteer work and being around other filmmakers in your film community. The only way to know if anyone is "reliable" in this industry is to get to know them personally - another reason to attend college or film school. You'd learn all you need to know. And since it is your first script, I would advise starting out in Lebanon and leave international pursuits for later when you know more about the business.
Since your inquiry includes asking people here to work with you, keep in mind that Career Village is a website that provides information, advice and referrals. Our experts do not work with the students one on one in their career. You can find some filmmaker communities online, though, but you really have to make your contacts in person for this field of work.
I hope that this helps to start you off and I wish you all the best !

1. Perfect Your Pitch Tools
Screenplay or Treatment: If you haven't done so already, ensure your story is structured as a screenplay or at the very least, a comprehensive treatment. Incorrect formatting could potentially label you as a novice.
Pitch Deck: Develop a tangible visual presentation that emphasizes the plot, characters, themes, and unique selling propositions of your story. Additionally, consider creating a Power Point version for occasional use.
Logline and Synopsis: Craft a concise one-liner logline and a brief synopsis that encapsulates your narrative.
2. Investigate Suitable Companies
Pinpoint production companies that resonate with the genre and magnitude of your story. Concentrate on firms with a track record of collaborating with international projects or budding talents. Utilize resources like IMDb Pro or industry directories to gather contact details and insights into their previous projects. It might be labor-intensive, but it's a necessary step.
3. Establish Connections in the Film Industry
Depending on your age and financial resources, this might prove challenging. Participate in film festivals and industry gatherings like Cannes, Sundance, or TIFF. These events provide excellent opportunities to interact with producers and fellow filmmakers. Pay special attention to events catering to young filmmakers.
Join digital forums, groups, or platforms like Stage 32, where filmmakers and writers collaborate and share ideas.
4. Utilize Online Submission Platforms
Certain production companies welcome unsolicited submissions or hold open calls for scripts. Make sure you adhere strictly to their submission guidelines.
5. Secure a Dependable Partner
A co-writer, creative consultant, or industry-knowledgeable friend can assist in polishing your pitch and establishing connections.
Freelance platforms like Upwork or Fiverr may host professionals who specialize in pitching narratives to production companies.
6. Elevate Your Game. Hire a Representative.
Seek out a literary agent or manager with ties in the film industry. They can assist in pitching your narrative to the right individuals.
Alternatively, a producer or script consultant with international experience could navigate you through the process.
Best of luck!

Prepare a Pitch. Why do you want to tell this story? Why is this important? What audience will be interested?
