Hi there! You can't obtain a bachelors degree in a year. Bachelors degrees are specifically 4 year degrees. You might be able to get an accelerated Associates degree in that time, but not a Bachelors.

Since Competency Based Education focuses on learning skills and not obtaining college credits or sitting in a classroom, you can take this route for HIAD. I am not sure how long in duration your studies will be for since you will be going at your own pace.
Here are some online places that offer this. Do an internet search for their websites to obtain the information.
University of California, San Diego offers two courses. Coursera also offers a couple of courses. The City University of London offers skills and knowledge courses for HIAD.
I want to repeat what I advised in your first inquiry (which had been deleted). The path to a Bachelors Degree does not take one year. I repeat this because you are inquiring about getting a Bachelors Degree in your chosen interest in one year's time. You very well can take the courses online but verify that college credit is or is not given. There really isn't a one year path for a Bachelors Degree. Also keep in mind that when you apply for jobs, other applicants may have a Bachelors Degree and/or a Masters Degree and that could potentially weigh in on your marketability.
Without an accredited degree, you might possibly be able to freelance, offering your services to businesses and working independently.

You will have to double check with the websites you choose to see if those give you credit towards a Bachelors Degree. When it comes to education, I cannot in good conscience advise anyone to do a speedy course of study, especially if they want it to be competency based.
