Thank you for your question. The most important is to find out what careers you have interest. If you have interest on the career, you can do it good and make good income.
Below are my suggestions:
1. Think about what you have interest, eg your hobbies, favourite subjects, etc and identify the related careers
Eg if you like music, would you like to be a musician, singer, musical artist, music composer, music producer, etc
If you have interest in maths, would you like to be an accountant, engineer, banker, financial analyst, maths teacher, etc
2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Explore the entry criteria of relevant subjects in colleges
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

ANTARU’s Answer

Good evening,

Deciding on a major that can lead to a lucrative career is an important consideration. Here are some good majors that are known for their earning potential:

1. Computer Science: With the tech industry booming, a degree in computer science can lead to high-paying roles in software development, data analysis, and cybersecurity. This is the future and it’s a very broad field!

2. Engineering: Specializations such as electrical, mechanical, civil, and software engineering often have strong job prospects and high salaries.

3. Nursing: The healthcare field is always in demand. Registered nurses, especially those with specialized training or advanced degrees, can earn a significant income.

4. Business Administration: Focusing on finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship can lead to well-paying jobs in corporate management, consulting, or starting your own business.

5. Information Technology: IT professionals, especially in roles like network administration or systems analysis, are highly sought after and can command good salaries.

6. Finance: A degree in finance can lead to careers in investment banking, financial analysis, and wealth management, all of which offer strong earning potential.

Ultimately, while financial considerations are important, it's also essential to choose a major that aligns with your interests and strengths. This way, you'll be more motivated and successful in your career.
If you have more questions or need further guidance, feel free to ask!
Good luck!!
