Hey Matt!

Great question! Now, I don't think Stephen Curry is here right now… or maybe he's just too busy winning another championship or casually draining half-court shots like they’re free throws. But if he were here, he’d probably tell you something too.
Like me 😌😎!
Uhum! So,
Steph practices a lot. We’re talking hours every day—shooting, dribbling, conditioning, watching game footage, and probably even practicing making game-winning threes in his sleep. That’s why he makes it look so effortless on the court.
But here’s the cool part—you don’t need to train like an NBA superstar every single day to get better. Start with:
✔️ Shooting 100-200 shots a day (or as much as you can)
✔️ Dribbling drills (cones, crossovers, even dribbling with your eyes closed—trust me, it works)
✔️ Strength and speed training (so you don’t get knocked over like a leaf in the wind)
The key is Consistency. Even Curry wasn’t Curry overnight—he put in the work every single day to be the best. So, if you want to be great, just keep practicing, have fun, and maybe try shooting a three-pointer while looking away… you know, just in case he's watching. All the best with the basket Matt I believe you got this as long you know it's what you want! 😉

If you were to ask Stephen Curry, he’d probably say he practices a lot, even during the off-season. He works on shooting, ball handling, and conditioning, often training multiple times a day, five to six days a week. As a 6th grader, it's important to practice consistently too, but make sure to also rest and enjoy the game! Practice a lot, but balance it with fun and recovery.
