What are the best ways to help prepare myself to apply for dental school?
I am currently a pre-dental undergraduate student planning on attending Nova Southeastern University, to take my prerequisites to prepare for dental school applications. #Spring25

If you are applying this spring, I will assume you are a college junior. Hopefully, you will have checked the website. Most dental schools will require a year of general chemistry, a year of organic chem, a year of biology, a year of physics. Physics will probably require calculus. Apparently Southeastern requires biochemistry too. The requirements are here:

Hopefully you have completed or will complete these in time for admission. Good idea to review for the dental aptitude test. Anything else that demonstrates your interest in the field (for example, a part-time job as a dental assistant, research in an area connected to dentistry) will give you a leg up.
Good luck!

You should study basic sciences (organic and inorganic quemistry, biology). Those are the knowledges that you must dominate.

Hello, congratulations on coming so far already. Dental schools will filter out a lot of applications based on your college grades and your DAT scores, they need to be in the range the schools are looking for. During interviews they want to know you have an understanding of the dental field from your shadowing experiences. Leadership experience is always a big plus IMO. Best of luck to you.
