Is marketing a good major to be successful in the future?
As a high school senior, I'm planning on majoring in marketing in college. Is it easy to get a job in the marketing field? and if so, what are some high paying jobs?

I love marketing because there are so many paths you can take, and you can always learn new things. There are many entry-level jobs you can try, like social media coordinator, marketing assistant, or content creator. If you're creative, communicate well, and can learn digital tools (like SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.), you'll find many opportunities to explore until you find your niche. It can be challenging because it's a competitive field, so standing out and showing your strengths is important. The field changes quickly, so it's important to keep learning and stay updated on new trends. If you work hard, you can be very successful in marketing, and the pay can be great!

2. Find out more on these careers and determine what you have interest
3. Speak to someone who are working in these careers. Seek guidance from your mentor, school career counselor, your parents, etc
4. Shortlist 1-2 careers you would like to pursue
5. Make sure you have interest in marketing. Explore the entry criteria of marketing in colleges
