Are there any scholarships for transfer students interested in art school?
I am a community college transfer student and I'm looking for scholarships that can help me finish my Bachelors in Fine Arts. #design

This will vary greatly depending on the school. Scholarships aren't just offered by colleges and universities. Many organizations will offer scholarships. They could be local, state or national. It seems like there are more college scholarships offered for high school seniors than college sophomores or juniors. Do extensive research online. Contact any schools you are interested in to see what they offer. It will be very important to keep your gpa up and start or continue a portfolio of your work should you need to submit it. Also look for art contests and exhibits that may offer prize money.

I went to art school for undergraduate and for my MFA, and received scholarships for both. In both cases the school provided the scholarships, and counselors within the institutions helped me gain access to the funds. I will say it was NOT easy, and I had to request meetings and followup with them regularly both in the application process and even after I was a student to gain access to more funds, but it was worth it!
I agree with Pam on everything else, search for foundation scholarships and grants (especially local ones that have fewer applicants), get your grades up, work on your portfolio consistently, start to understand the world your are considering interesting and see if you have a passion for the profession of art making which is very separate from making art. Good luck!
