Not knowing your field, just a guess, a M.S. would open up more research company positions, or administrative, depending on what you decided to specialize in.

Do an internship with people who have both a B.S. or an M.S. if possible. Find out if you really like their line of work.
Wild guess, with M.S., you might be specializing in one area or a couple. Getting job experience and understanding a specialty area better is always good (my own personal experience, and those of others in science related fields). And companies or clinics are more likely to hire you after graduation.
