What can I do in order to get a better chance of getting a job right after I finish college?
I have heard that there are some carreers that give you a job right after you graduate from college. I plan on becoming an electrical engineer, and I want to know if there is anything in my reach that I can do so that i could get a higher chance of getting a Job after college. #headstart #carreer

As a chemical engineering student, I co-oped with a flexible packaging company and worked in their corporate lab. I was able to work for the same company for three years every other semester and even part time my senior year.
Because I co-oped, it did take me five years and one semester to graduate. I think it was worth the extra time--I was able to buy my first car and figured out that I really wanted to work in consumer packaged goods.
Some students are offered a full time job with their co-op company upon graduation. While I did not end up working for my co-op company, my first boss did tell that my co-op experience was one of the reasons he hired me.
