Hello, you can look into Social Work. You can advocate in multiple areas, but a lot people work in police stations or agencies that provide victim assistance.

What a great desire!
I agree with the previous answers and would add that you should also stay open to non-traditional positions as we need people with a passion in this space to be in every industry and every aspect of each business. That is how we can hopefully affect change throughout these structures and departments.
You could find jobs in the areas of law, healthcare (ensuring access), social work, social responsibility, diversity and inclusion (human resources), education (learning and development), branding (marketing), etc.
As a manager in any area of business you would have the ability to affect change on a daily basis within your department, so I believe the first question for you to decide is do you want to advocate in a Micro (on a daily basis for individuals) or Macro (legislative change or enforcement of law) way. What feels the most comfortable for you? Both are important and needed.
Good luck!
