Benjamin’s Answer
For me personally, using an agenda book really helped me manage my time better. It also helped me stay on top of my school work. Also, prioritizing tasks wisely is critical. Using an agenda book and prioritizing my tasks helps me stay organized and on top of everything which ultimately helps me avoid stress and procrastination. Furthermore, there may be non-essential tasks on your plate that may be best to simply drop. Although deciding whether or not to drop a non-essential task can sometimes be a difficult decision, it is at times crucial to do in order to properly balance your work and social life.
