Focus on your academics and build a good foundation in middle and high school. Keep focused on your grades and extra curricular activities that keep you busy and engaged in school. There are many colleges that have good Sports Management programs and I'm sure you will find a program that fits with what you're looking for once you begin the college application process!

Xzavier, great to see someone so motivated and focused in sixth grade! I echo the comments above - play for fun and learning teamwork (and teambuilding/motivating others), and stay focused on academics to make sure you have the foundation to be accepted AND perform well at any school you end up choosing. That said, many of the top schools - see US News and World Report rankings for example - have excellent sports programs. The Ivy league schools are top competitors in several sports - lacrosse, rowing and very good in others. Northwestern and Stanford both have top Division 1 sports programs. But first start with the academics and the school's focus on the field of study you eventually choose. I went to a top tier engineering school with a very poor Division 3 football program and had a GREAT time playing and graduated with a highly valued degree. Best of luck!
