Every industry requires business majors. My suggestion is to focus on an industry or company that interests you. Network as much as possible and talk to as many people as possible. Ask yourself what is important to you, compensation, work environment, benefits, time off, etc. There is something out there for everyone.
Best of luck,
Eric

The area of business management is very broad. The application of the degree that you pursue successfully depends upon you and your personality traits. In order to determine which might be most suitable, it is important to get to know how your personality traits relate to various aspects of business management and get to know people in those aspects of business management for which you find yourself suitable to determine proper fit and get advice and suggestions of those successfully employed in those areas.

The great news is nearly every field needs folks with strong business management skills and experience. I'd recommend you find a few companies that are interesting to you and look through their careers pages. Find the management positions and see what they require for experience and education and also read the description of what the job really is. Likely after reading through a handful you will be better able to pinpoint some aspects of management that you feel most drawn to.
