Hi Hayley,

I was in the same situation when I was going to graduate. Take a deep breath and relax. Everything will sort itself out. First of all think about your major, do you enjoy the topic? Do you see yourself pursuing this field? If not, think about the things you enjoy doing. Are you more detail oriented or more of a "bigger picture" kind of person? Is there another field you always wanted to explore but never gave it a chance?

The biggest piece of advice I can give is to go out and get internships. Explore areas you think you would be interested in. Try things out while you are in college. Even if you end up hating it, at least you gave it a shot. If you end up loving it, that's great! You found an interesting career path and it might even lead to a job. Put yourself out there as much as possible.

Even if you end up graduating and still do not know what to do, that's okay! You do not need to have your whole life 'figured out' at 22. People switch careers at various points in their life. In this scenario, I think you should obtain a job that's related to your previous experience while exploring other areas.

You can do this!

Good luck!

GABRIELA’s Answer

Hello do not worry i was in the same situation. When i did some questionares they said i can be a wonderful in Engineering and i hated math and all science. So i got confused even more. What i did was i got accepted at the university and took general subjects at the beginning and explored all other careers while i was there. I was in constant communication with a counselor...Get to college and go from there.

Do not waist time as time flys. Do it quickly.

Good luck!!!
