Nick’s Answer

To get into most schools no you don't. However, as someone who was in the business for over 10 years. I would highly recommend getting some exposer and ensuring it is for you. It is an amazing business, however it is also tough.

Paige’s Answer

You do not need any professional experience to get into a culinary school although it can be very useful to see if you would like a career as a chef. I recommend getting a job in a restaurant which you can often do with no experience so you can see if you would like to continue on to culinary school.
