What college should I go to if I want to be a vet?

Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine has six facilities devoted to veterinary medicine.
Cornell University is a 4-year private school that U.S. News & World Report ranked 15th among national universities for 2015. In the same year, the university's College of Veterinary Medicine placed second on USN&WR's list of top veterinary schools. The college offers a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) program that includes coursework in animal health and disease, cell biology and genetics, as well as the function and dysfunction of the animal body. Clinical rotations are also an important aspect of this professional program.
University of California - Davis
The University of California's at Davis' department of Veterinary Medicine features a master of Preventative Veterinary Medicine program. Students also have access to several research and animal care centers.
Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO
Colorado State University's College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is home to a Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University ranked third among the best veterinary schools in the nation, according to U.S. News & World Report in 2015. Through the Department of Clinical Sciences, students can pursue a D.V.M. program that includes coursework and training at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. At the hospital, students learn how to use a variety of equipment, such as PET/CT scanners or a Varian Trilogy Linear Accelerator. The hospital also houses an animal cancer center and an animal urgent care center.
