Its great that you want to be a RN. I have a lot of friends who are nurses and they are happy with their jobs and the amount they make. You can find out how much you could make at any profession in a given state by going to glassdoor.com. or indeed.com. You can try to volunteer at a local hospital to see if you like the environment and the work. Also keep in mind a RN can work in different places. You can be a nurse in a hospital, nurse case manager for an insurance company, or work in an assistant living facility.


Its great that you're doing your research now and have an idea of what you want to do.
