Hi Bobby, great question.  It's very difficult to balance grad school and studying with a full time job, but it can be done! Most grad schools offer courses at night and weekends to support people like you who work full time. When I was in grad school I took courses all day Saturday 9-6, which was stressful but allowed me to focus during the week on my job and the weekends on school.  You won't be able to spend a lot of time outside of work and school while you're juggling both, but it's worth it once you complete it.

Time management is key here! Try making a schedule and sticking to it. In most cases you aren't going to be able to set your work schedule, but you can set your school and study times. Set these times as an appointment in your calendar.
Don't forget to schedule in some "me" time during the week too.
