Maggie’s Answer

Psychology was a subject I studied in college/university and it only peaked my interest and curiosity because it dealt with the humans. To me it was highly relatable with self-awareness clubbed with people connect. The more I understood the subject, the more it helped me grow as a person & build better bridges with family, friends, mention meeting new people and my work environment too.
I believe being fascinated with ourselves is natural & should exist, however over doing it can get in the way. If this is a subject that you are passionate about, I would highly recommend considering it. All the best in any journey you decide to venture into.

G. Mark’s Answer

Humans are social animals. We empathize with others in order to communicate more effectively. Because of that, understanding how others think and feel makes us more effective team members and more effective communicators. This is one of the reasons that although we're physically inferior to many other animals, we're at the top of the food chain, as it were. If you look at successful animals as well, you'll see that -- warm-blooded animals in particular -- survive by having an efficient social structure. That characteristic of ours drives us to be interested in psychology. And make no mistake about it, whatever your career choice is, psychological awareness will come in handy.
