Hammdy’s Answer

Construction Managers (CM) use basic math skills daily in many aspects of their work. From the bidding process to accounting, proper basic math usage is essential. However, you shouldn't expect to actually use advanced math, such as calculus, in your day to day tasks. Most construction is about passing liability to others, and CMs usually pass the complex maths calculations (ex: structural) to someone with a PE stamp.
