Get a decent PC (not Apple), maybe a separate streaming box.
Find your niche for the audience you want to target on twitch.
Get good internet

To stream on Twitch, besides setting up your account, you need a utility that can replicate your video to your Twitch account. OBS is a popular utility (there are others) that is simple to setup and start streaming.
