Depends on the location and practice setting. Generally physicians in private practice make more money than those in academic setting. Range is $280,000 - $540,000 per year.

The answer to this question seems to vary a lot depending on the source. For example the following page shows over 270,000 dollars a year:

Take note that on the low end some folks are reporting 154,000.
