Always keep things simple, easy to understand. Try to relate with the people that are in the group you will be talking to. Don’t get too technical.

Research your employer. Know about their mission as a company. Be ready to have them sell their company to you as much as you to them. Have a list of questions such as average caseload, productivity requirements, do they pay for your licensure/continuing education, and possible locations you will be required to serve. If you are asked any clinical questions, be honest about what you know and don't know. Employers are often just as interested in your rationale, critical thinking skills, and judgment as they are your clinical knowledge.
