Drawing is one of the tools to show your ideas, senses and plans. Drawing is one of the fundamental methods among the methods, but as it is fundamental, it also can be developed throughout the practices. Plus, there are other methods to present your ideas, such as 3D modeling computer programs (e.g. 3D max) which you can master instead of drawing skills. There will be a lot of opportunities to practice drawing skills if you pursue the interior design career.

Therefore, my conclusion is being good or bad at drawing is not a big matter at this point. It can be practiced or you can go with digital drawing skills (the programs). What matter are, your passion to be an interior designer and eyes to see colors, textures and space.
Hope this helps.
