Poojan’s Answer

Physics is all about understanding the theory and applying it. Memorization will not help, especially with numericals. Derivations need to be understood step by step. Once you understand the theory really well, everything else becomes easy.

For magnetic theory, you need to be good with electricity first. If you understand the correlation, then it will be quite easy. You do need to memorize units such as Tesla and Weber but understanding why electrical and magnetic fields are 90 degrees apart and how it propagates is something that you need to focus on.

Mira’s Answer

It has been many years since I studied Physics so I can not help you with actual instruction on the topic but I do have a suggestion for you that you may wish to follow up on: most teachers will provide extra instruction or help when students struggle with certain content. I would approach your teacher and ask for help. You might also want to find a tutor or work with another student who understands the subject. Hope this helps.
