It appears you can do farm work with no restrictions on hours, and other jobs between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., maximum 6 days per week, 40 hours per week., between June 21 and Labor Day.
Check with places that tend to have a need for more employees over the summer. This might be plant nurseries, tourist attractions, water attractions (swimming pools, etc), summer camps. Possibly full-service car wash. I have heard that Chic-Fil-A hires pretty young, at least here.

You will want to sell yourself as being quick to learn. Look professional when you go talk to them. This means no torn jeans, revealing blouses, piercings, or tattoos. Be prepared. If you fill out a written application, you will need a pen. Have your ID and SS card with you. Have names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of 3 people you can use as references. Teachers/coaches make good references.
Remember, businesses are in business to make money. You need to be able to help them do that. Good customer service and strong attention to safety are important.
Let me know if you have questions. Good luck!
