To become a coffee shop owner, you may need to know how every parts of the shop work (kitchen, service, purchasing), it will help you to indicate if your business is going on a right track and make it work more effectively.
Try to find work experiences in these area, observe and ask how people who have experiences in these field on how they do things and react to changes.
Take course of managing cost and menu design.
