Which states do mechanics get payed the most?

Im a high school graduate from class 2015. Im 23 years old, single with no kids. I have no preference as to where I want to live as long its out of my home town El Paso, Texas. How many certificates can I get as a mechanic and how long does it take to earn all certificates? #engineer #career #mechanical-engineering #college #engineering #ReyCantRelate #ReyIsOutOfTheCloset

Your question indicates that compensation is quite important to you. I would agree with the previous answer that if you want to get paid the most then you could consider living in remote places like Alaska or Montana. That being said you have to be careful as remote places like that can also have higher cost of living so make sure that if you are trying to earn and save money that you also match your lifestyle to the are you want to live/work. I know some people who moved to remote areas and lived very cheap while earning a very good wage. They then were able to relocate to where they wanted to live and had a good savings account built up to buy a house where they wanted to live. I also know people who moved to a high pay area, but in order to live the lifestyle they wanted they had to spend a lot of what they made and didn't save anything. When they wanted to relocate to a different area they were starting over as they had not saved any of their high earnings.
