In the pages, you can share some cat's behavior, adoption information, lovely picture, delicious food and drinks in cafe etc. You can consider to use advertisement to get more attention when the pages is established.
In addition, the cat cafe can cooperate with some association or animal clinics and hold some events about the cats. Bring all cat lovers together.

You can then showcase this experience to the cafe manager and i strongly believe experience counts more than your age, for the manager.
And not to forget, to get knowledge on veterinary medicine for cats. You can always read!
Here is one website i find useful with my kitty:

You can get attention only with the knowledge you display. Hence, I would ask you to do your theory study about cat behaviors, sickness, food habits, daily routine, likes, dislikes. Then you can help them through suggestions if they are stuck in something which will give them a good idea about your interest and knowledge towards pet handling.

I assume all the cats at the cafe are adoptable. Until you are old enough to get a job, what about simply playing with the cats once or twice a week after school. You will get to know the cats as well as the employees at the cafe.
Since you want to bring attention to the organization, once you are involved with them on a regular basis realize that simple word of mouth can go a long way. When you are around your family and friends you can share with them what you do as well as information about the organization and the cats themselves.
Are you good at taking pictures or writing?
If the cat cafe promotes their adoptable cats on Facebook, Petfinder, Adoptapet, or a similar vehicle, you can help with the cat profiles.
A great picture and bio will bring attention and potential adopters to the cats and the organization.
It is a great feeling when I know that a cat has been adopted because of the picture that I took or the profile that I wrote.
Veterinary medicine and animal welfare is a great career choice. While the world continues to change and evolve and many industries are being replaced by automation and robotics, we will always have animals that need hands-on medical services and personal attention.
I wish you the best in your journey.
