are too man or too few people entering this profession?

I’m a senior at Brennan high school in San Antonio that’s looking for insight on forensic psychology. I wanna be able to work closely with crime and really figure out how someone’s mind works.

K. Michie Harriss’s Answer

You could do this in a number of ways. Some psychologists are trained in clinical psychology and assessment and get involved in testifying in criminal cases or others go one to work for law enforcement agencies to develop patterns of behavior and studies for the purpose of understanding and identifying the criminal mind in hopes of prevention and/or rehabilitation. In both cases, you would be far more likely to be able to pursue a career in this area if you obtain a PhD in psychology. Good Luck!!!!
