It seems that you’re not sure what profession to choose! It would be hard to do all three. I can tell you for sure, that if you choose psychiatric nurse, you will be valuable to the FBI. More than your undergraduate degree. Not so much practitioner, but RN.
If you’re stuck on three, start eliminating until you have one left. If you want to be an FBI agent, don’t settle for anything less! You can go to http://fbi.gov/careers and get the book: My life on the front lines as a woman in the FBI, by Candice DeLong. She was a psychiatric nurse, before she became an agent.
They usually give you three location preferences coming out of the academy.

Here's a website called Niche that's really good for college researching. They compile a lot of colleges around the country to help students make college decisions. It's important to consider the location, cost, professors, and what the campus is like when considering what college is best for you.
