Do you find joy doing your job as a postal worker?
Does the thought of someone eagerly waiting a package and being extremely happy to get it bring you personal gratification, or could you care less about the deliveries that are made. #career #uspostal #postman #postalservice

There can be lots of ups and downs working for the postal service that are highly dependent on what "craft" you join. Most positions require an initial test before you get interviewed and then retail clerks and drivers have to take another that they must pass before they can be considered knowledgeable on the region they are serving. UPS and USPS both have unions, which have their cons and pros, however, if you're impatient about shifts, such as working daytime as opposed to night time or having certain days off, you probably will not want to wait. For a career that does not require much more than a high school diploma, it pays decently. If you're looking to be in management (non-union protected) or the Postal Inspection Service, you will likely need a bachelors degree.
