Software developers, but in particular, developers who can visualize an entire problem in their head, and move between front end, backend, databases, and the like to build a solution end to end. These "full stack" developers are very flexible, and extremely valuable, because they are business problem solves, not just writers of code.

Hey Corey, Thats a great question! This can be answered depending on where you are in your own career, it could be a teacher, a relative, or a friend who just picked up the career as a hobby. If these real-life examples all share a passion in what they do always keep in contact with them, they all share valuable information that would take days to years of your life figuring out. Another attribute to look out for is problem solving, the way people solve issues effectively and efficiently plays a big role in this field and can show the difference between a novice and a master. I hope this answered your question, my answer may seem broad but it's not so much a particular person to look out for but what types of people you should be around to really grow in this career.
