Jonathan’s Answer

I know several people from Kentucky who work out of Union Hall 798, Tulsa Oklahoma. By far the most experienced, professional, safe crews to work around. These days that’s what you want.
Thank you comment icon I agree with you Brother Jones. I’m out of Local 21 Peekskill myself. I would rephrase your response that the UA in general strives for safety of its members Brian Foley
Thank you comment icon Mr. Foley Sir, I would but have not had the pleasure of working around any other union employees. Therefore I can only speak to my skill set/experience. Thanks for reading though! Jonathan Jones

Christopher’s Answer

In NJ you have Boilermakers Union Local 28 is a great place to start. Chance to get in to the apprenticeship and work towards becoming a Journeyman in the trade.

Another is the Ironworkers Union Local 399 based in NJ, again you’re able to get in the apprenticeship and work towards becoming a journeyman in the trade.
