I love everything about food. I do not know what I would do for work other than cooking. It is my passion. Due to an accident I had to morph my career path and now I am a personal chef versus working in restaurants. Fortunately I had enough clientele that this could happen.
I fell into natural/health foods 21 years ago and when I learned the connection between food and health I found my calling. I took everything I had learned in culinary and applied it to natural foods/food allergies. I now have published a book and give people in home cooking lessons to make their eating lifestyle simple and flavorful.

The fact that I get to take raw ingredients that don't look like much, taste like much in their own and turn them into SOMETHING AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL!!!! I also am VERY BIG in presentation because people eat with their eyes first!!!! The smells, the tastes, the building is textures, flavors I LOVE IT!!!
