It depends your area of interests. First exercise to determine area of interest would be by evaluating your likes, dislikes, strengths, and weakness.
Below are few courses to help you chose what suits you best:
Arts includes History,Geography, Economics, Political Science Hindi, sanskrit and English.
Commerce includes Accountancy, Business Studies and Economics
Science includes Math, Physics, Chemistry and Computer sc. or Biology
Diploma courses includes Engineering, Hotel Management, Leather Technology, Textile Designing, Medical laboratary, Social Services
Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) provide training in technical field.

Choose your area of interest first and move in that direction one step at a time. Be it science, commerce or arts.
However, your career options are more vast if you take the science or commerce stream as multiple career opportunities open up. But if you have genuine interest in a certain field, you can proceed in that direction too and take up specific courses in that direction like sports or music to hone your skills.
But, follow your heart more than your mind and you shall go a long way
