I would encourage you to look at sites like Glassdoor.com and Comparably.com. These sites can give you insights into how employees have reviewed the company. The site can also show you trends that enable you to see the direction a company may be going.

You might also consider going on LinkedIn.com and looking for people that work at the location and see if they might be able to answer a specific question about the company.

Jaime,

As an outsider, looking in, the best airline, without a doubt, is Southwest!

I was an Airport Police officer for 25 years. I had a lot of time to observe things airlines did or didn't do. Southwest has mastered the two essentials of a successful business: Take care of its employees, and, taking care of customers.

I will never forget the day that Southwest Airlines employees came from Austin to San Antonio, to run the San Antonio office. Why did they do this? Because one of the San Antonio employees had passed away, and, this allowed the other employees to be able to attend the funeral.

Southwest employees are happy, and it spills over into their customer service. This makes the company prosper, and, as I understand it, the company gives employees stock in the company. The better the company does, the better (financially) the employees do!

Obviously, if you are looking to travel the world, this is not the right answer.

Hope this helps!

Kim
